When: The Retreat is scheduled for Tuesday, January 27th - Thursday, January 29th, 2026.

Schedule as follows [TBC]:

• Tuesday, January 27: Alumni Unconference, Peer-to-Peer Learning Workshops, Expert Sessions (all day)
  • 4:30 pm - 7:00 pm: Bowling at Presidio Bowl!
• Wednesday, January 28: Alumni Unconference, Peer-to-Peer Learning Workshops, Expert Sessions (all day)
  • 4:30 pm - 8:00 pm: Game Night at SF Brewing!
• Thursday, January 29: For Impact Fundraising Training (+ likely one more specialized session. Stay tuned!)

Where: The Retreat will take place at the Presidio’s beautiful Golden Gate Club. Thursday’s training will likely be at the TIDES campus next to the Fast Forward office.

Who: Senior leadership is invited to join us. Think: Executive Directors/CEOs, Heads of Product/CTOs, Lead Fundraisers, etc. You received this email because we’ve identified you as being in one of these roles.Please feel free to forward to other senior colleagues as appropriate. This isn’t the right gathering for junior or mid-level employees. We highly encourage multiple members of each team to attend the Retreat.

Hotel Information

All attendees traveling in for the retreat will be staying at Hotel Caza: 1300 Columbus Ave, San Francisco, CA 94133

Fast Forward will cover up to three hotel rooms at Hotel Caza per organization for up to four nights: Monday night - Friday morning (January 26 - January 29).

• Please book your hotel room through this link. If you are in a peer forum, we will cover your hotel on Sunday night as well. If you need to change your reservation after booking, please email [email protected].
• Fast Forward covering a hotel room is contingent upon the person attending programming (i.e. if we are covering a room Monday, we expect that person to attend Tuesday programming; if we are covering a room Thursday, we expect that person to attend the specialized training, etc.).
• More than three folks from your organization are welcome to join us for the gathering, but you will have to share rooms or find other accommodations.
