Overview

The Executive Coaching Program is an exclusive opportunity for a small cohort ED/CEO’s to break through their current growth ceiling with expert guidance and peer support.

Through monthly sessions focused on leadership adaptability, team effectiveness, and stakeholder management, participants will identify their unique growth barriers and develop practical solutions using evidence-based frameworks. In addition to core sessions, optional "office hours" will provide personalized coaching and implementation support, ensuring concepts translate into meaningful organizational change.

This carefully designed cohort experience will create lasting peer support mechanisms while delivering immediately applicable tools tailored specifically to the challenges faced when transitioning from startup to sustainable impact.

Pete Wheelan and Justin Self will be leading the workshop series. Pete Wheelan has a wealth of experience in leadership roles and leading boards. He now coaches CEOs and leadership professionals. He specialized in coaching ed-tech leaders but now provides coaching services to all of our alumni. The two of them led a highly regarded leadership coaching session at the alumni retreat in 2025 and we are excited to have them return to lead this workshop.

The application is open to all founders and executive directors but below are some suggested baselines for founders to consider:
