Overview
Peer Forums are a dedicated space where EDs/CEOs/Founders meet to discuss all of the professional and personal challenges they are working through. Peer Forum cohorts meet regularly, virtually, and in-person to listen, encourage, and support personal and professional growth. Participants share that it is an incredibly impactful experience. We are excited to offer the opportunity to join a Peer Forum in 2026. Peer Forum(s) will each be a group of 8-12 tech nonprofit leaders from Fast Forward’s alumni portfolio.
Benefits of Joining
- Build a trusted space with peers for openly sharing professional and personal triumphs, challenges, and milestones.
- Access a wealth of knowledge by tapping into the collective expertise of peers, gaining new insights and perspectives.
- Embrace a diverse range of perspectives that challenge your thinking and contribute to a more well-rounded understanding of issues you’re facing.
Commitment
- The primary commitment to the Peer Forum is your time. To participate in the Peer Forum, you must commit to missing no more than one meeting throughout the year.
- Commitment to the group is what makes Peer Forums special. If you can’t make this commitment, we ask that you don’t participate.
- Peer Forums will run starting in January 2026 and continue indefinitely.
- The first Peer Forum will take place on Monday, January 26 in person in San Francisco (Fast Forward will cover your hotel room on Sunday night). Then, the Peer Forum will gather for monthly 90-minute virtual group calls on a monthly basis.
- Each virtual gathering will be facilitated by a group leader who will coordinate schedules, ensure the agenda and any pre-work is communicated, determine who shares each month, and keep meetings on track.
- The virtual gatherings will be facilitated by your leader, and will include check-ins, shared practices, topical discussions, challenge-sharing and perspectives, action plans, and more.
