Overview

Lyndsi Okh is Fast Forward’s part time recruiter and also Head of People Ops. We connect her with alumni for recruiting support. She has over a decade of experience specializing in social impact and tech nonprofit recruiting and loves working with tech-nonprofits. With a passion for connecting mission-driven candidates with meaningful opportunities, Lyndsi excels in both business and tech recruitment. She is available to help teams with all things recruiting. From sourcing and recruiting candidates to consulting on application tracking systems, she is here to help!

Typical Engagements

There a few ways to engage with Lyndsi:

• Part-time Recruiter: You can work with Lyndsi as a part-time recruiter. Lyndsi typically works with 3 orgs at a time. She provides full-cycle recruiting support, scheduling, and coordinating support. She has hired over a dozen people across Fast Forward and alumni organizations!
• Office Hours: You can sign up for office hours with Lyndsi. She can be available to talk about application tracking systems, hiring strategy, interviewing, and more.
• Async Support: You can have Lyndsi review materials offline. You can pass along job descriptions, offer letters, consultant agreements, your company LinkedIn page, SOPs, and other HR documents to Lyndsi for review.
