Tech Leads Peer Circle

A peer learning community for nonprofit tech leads

Overview

The Tech Leads Peer Circle is a structured, confidential space for nonprofit tech leaders to connect, learn from one another, and grow together.

This program brings together a small cohort (5-10 leaders) of tech leads for 6-month engagements, meeting regularly to share wins, work through challenges, and build the kind of trusted peer network that's hard to find elsewhere. No sales, no recruiting — just real talk from people who get it.

How It Works

Group size: 5–10 tech leads per cohort

Cohort length & cadence: 3-month cohorts, meeting every 4 weeks on a consistent day and time. Members are asked to attend all sessions, with the understanding that emergencies happen.
